Hi there! welcome to the overview of my work. This video is an overview of a number of projects I have made over the past 5 years both as a Freelancer and also for love of creating.

I work over the following:

Video Filming (Planning/video shoot/lighting)

Video Editing (premier pro/after effects)

Color Correction and Grading (using non destructive nodes for end delivery in Rec.709 Gamma 2.4)

Audio Production and Mixing (Ableton Live 12)

AI Generative art (using midjourney prompts and Runway)

Basic 3D modelling/texture shifting using Redshift Maxxon products and 3D printing using Prusa Slicer

THE WORLD OF VIVID

Every year, the city of Sydney shuts down to celebrate life through light and transforms into an amazing light projects. Inspired by the “Tomorrowland” music festival after movie, I covered 4 locations to showcase what the city had to offer producing different styles of audio to match the type of environment I was in.

Opening Scene: Illustrative drawing made on a sketch pad with the words VIVID highlighted in Green. Post Production greenscreen used to overlay a video of Opera House lit up underneath (Using Color Key).

Location 4: Carriageworks Nightlife (Intense and high energy). Utilising masking and text overlays to “enter” into Carriageworks nightlife”

The Creative World of "Weary Eyes"

A passion project, Weary Eyes is based on a boy and his grandfather starting lost in the jungle and their voyage to espace. The visual represents a metaphor over the ups and downs life can pose and the difficulty in predicting ones outcome.

Project Takeaway: Utilising 3D Geometry with Trapcode

Animation Project for Anjour Music for his remix of Takeaway by The Chainsmokers.

Components of visuals:

3D geometry as wireframes rotating changing scale and overlays

Glow bouncing off 3D, using mirror and replica function in After effects
Trapcode MIR manipulating amplitude, evolution over time scale and position automation

Filmed on the Gold Coast, Australia. It doesn’t happen often but when the wind and sun come together, they form one of the most amazing, laid back landscapes we can all drink a beer to.
